WP 9: Best practice lessons for rural transitions

Objectives

1. To take the conclusions from the case study analysis in WP8 and codify best practice lessons in a user-friendly form, via summary reports and a web-site.
2. To ‘market-test’ the comprehensibility of these codified lessons for users in the NMS and to assess problems of transferability.
3. To refine the communication of best-practice lessons in the light of feedback/‘market-testing’.

Deliverables

• D 9.1   Draft Summary Briefing Paper "Best practice lessons in managing the rural and agricultural transition following EU membership" (Month 27)
• D 9.2   Systematisation and codification of the identified best practises in a user-friendly way on the SCARLED web-site (preliminary version) (Month 27)
• D 9.3   Workshop with rural and agricultural policy specialists from the NMS (Month 30)
• D 9.4   Final Summary Briefing Paper "Best practice lessons in managing the rural and agricultural transition following EU membership" (Month 34)
• D 9.5    Systematisation and codification of the identified best practises in a user-friendly way on the SCARLED web-site (final version) (Month 36)
